Shipping and delivery

We deliver with our own weekly routes: Kingston and the Eastern Corridor on Monday, the GTA on Tuesday and Thursday, the Bay of Quinte and Lakeshore West on Wednesday, and Peterborough and the Kawarthas on Friday.
In-stock orders go out on your area’s next route day. We call or email to confirm the day and a delivery time.
Made-to-order pallets are ready in 1 to 2 weeks, then delivered on your route day.
Delivery is free on orders over $1,000 (after the pallet discount, before HST) and $99 otherwise.
Larger bulk orders go to business addresses only. If your address is outside our zones, we’ll tell you the shipping cost before you pay.
You can also pick up at 18 Stockdale Rd, Trenton, ON K8V 5P6 during our hours by arrangement.

You can return unopened cases in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit.
Contact us first so we can arrange pickup on your next route day. Return delivery is free when it rides with a regular delivery.
Opened cases and made-to-order pallets can’t be returned unless they are damaged or wrong.
Damaged or wrong items: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we replace or refund them at no cost.
Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 5 business days after we receive the return.

We collect only what we need to fill your order: your name, business name, email, phone, delivery address and what you ordered.
We use it to confirm, deliver and invoice your order, and to contact you about it. We never sell it.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or keep your full card number.
Our website counts visits and uses Google Ads to measure our advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@bulkbazaar.ca. We follow Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA).

We sell to businesses. Prices are in Canadian dollars per case, before 13% HST.
Order a full pallet of any item and the case price drops 20%, applied automatically.
Single cases ship from stock only. Full pallets ship from stock when we have them, otherwise they are made to order (1 to 2 weeks).
Your order is confirmed when you pay by card, or when we confirm it by email or phone for other payment methods.
Prices and stock can change; the price on your confirmed order is the one you pay.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
